Door County Medical Center Clinics offer primary care, family medicine and specialty care to patients of all ages. Our trusted team of physicians, PAs, Nurse Practitioners and nursing staff provide expert, professional care in a state-of-the-art clinic. The clinics serve residents of Door and Kewaunee counties through locations in Algoma, Fish Creek, Sturgeon Bay, Southern Door Community and Washington Island.

Specialty care services include cardiology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), integrative medicine, acupuncture, internal medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, OB/GYN, occupational health, orthopedics, pediatrics, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, rheumatology, sports medicine and urology.

Comprehensive diagnostic and ancillary services are also available, including audiology, bone densitometry, defibrillator & pacemaker clinic, diabetic services, EKGs, home health, mammography, MRI, nuclear medicine, PET scan, stress testing, ultrasound, wound clinic and X-ray facilities.

The Sturgeon Bay clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Fish Creek clinic has extended hours during the summer months. The Southern Door Community clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed from noon to 1 p.m.) and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to noon.
