DCMC Internal Medicine Team Accepting New Patients

As of April 1, Drs. Kelton Reitz and Richard Hogan, along with Dr. Paul Board, have begun accepting new patients into their practices at the Door County Medical Center (DCMC) Clinic in Sturgeon Bay. Each physician will partner with a nurse practitioner to better serve patients and ensure that doctors are free to handle critical issues, giving the community improved access to care.
“We are pleased that our experienced, highly respected team of internal medicine providers can now care for an increased number of patients. The doctor and nurse practitioner will serve patients as a care team through this innovative approach that ensures accessibility and continuity,” says Jodi Hibbard, director of clinic operations at DCMC.
Dr. Richard Hogan will partner with Ellen Knipfer, APNP; Dr. Paul Board will partner with Hannah Craanen, APNP; and Dr. Kelton Reitz will partner with Ruth Sohns, DNP, FNP-BC. Each pair of providers will be supported by a team of dedicated medical assistants to ensure a seamless patient experience.
