For requests with beverages only, a minimum lead time of
two business days is required.
  

If catering services are no longer required, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the Nutritional Services staff by sending a cancellation message to _DCMC_Nutrition Services Requistions (in the dcmc email group list)  or calling ext. 3099.  Please keep in mind any cancellations or changes to your order made within one business day of your event will need to be followed up by direct contact with a Nutritional Services staff member.  In the case of short notice cancellations, a charge may still be assessed to the department.
