M.IN.D.

Memory In Development

6-week sessions, locations to be announced Sturgeon Bay and Fish Creek

People coping with an early dementia-related diagnosis or mild memory concerns have an opportunity to "do something about it."  M.IN.D. is a six week, research-driven exercise and caregiver support workshop which empowers participants and caregivers through access to education, strategies, and support in a socially enriching atmosphere.

Caregiver Café will be offered consecutively with MIND.  Caregiver café promotes caregiver health by offering tools that enhance not only care giving but caregiver wellbeing.  The café is semi-structured with topics for discussion led by dementia specialist, and meets just three of the 6 week workshop period.

M.IN.D. is a free workshop offered in collaboration between Door County Memory Care and the Door County YMCA.  Registration is required.   To learn more about the next workshop offering, please fill in the form below, or call Christy Wisniewski at Door County Medical Center at (920)746-3504:
