Living Well with Chronic Conditions is an educational workshop designed to assist you in finding manageable ways to break the symptom cycle.  Learn new ways to deal with pain and fatigue, access better nutrition and exercise, reduce stress, improve communication, and achieve your personal goals. 
If you have ongoing conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, or anxiety, the Living Well workshop can help you take charge of your life.
